Repeat Offender Policy

Effective Date: 01 January 2025

Last Updated: 07 October 2025

Applies To: All users, including viewers, creators, affiliates, and advertisers

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the graduated enforcement actions taken against users who repeatedly violate SinParty's Terms of Use, Creator Rules, Affiliates Terms, or other applicable rules. Our goal is to foster a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for adult content consumption and creation. Repeat violations undermine community trust, platform integrity, and user safety.

2. Scope of Violations

Violations include, but are not limited to:

  • Uploading or distributing prohibited content (e.g., non-consensual material, CSAM, bestiality, hate speech)
  • Harassment, stalking, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff
  • Spam, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Impersonation or identity fraud
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Circumvention of bans or suspensions
  • Monetization fraud or chargeback abuse
  • Violating age verification or consent requirements
3. Enforcement Framework
Offense Count Enforcement Action Description
1st Violation Formal Warning A written notice is issued. The user is informed of the specific violation and directed to relevant policies. Educational resources may be provided.
2nd Violation Temporary Suspension Account access is restricted for 3–30 days. Offending content may be removed. Monetization features may be paused.
3rd Violation Extended Suspension / Content Purge Suspension of up to 90 days. All flagged content is removed. User may be required to complete a compliance review before reinstatement.
4th Violation Permanent Ban Account is terminated. All content is deleted. User is prohibited from re-registering or accessing the platform.
4. Aggravating Factors

Certain violations may trigger accelerated enforcement (e.g., skipping tiers) based on severity, intent, or impact. These include:

  • Distribution of illegal content
  • Coordinated harassment or doxxing
  • Exploitation of minors or vulnerable individuals
  • Repeat violations across multiple accounts
  • Attempts to monetize prohibited content
5. Enforcement Tools

To protect the platform and its users, we may employ:

  • IP and Device Bans: Preventing access from known repeat offender devices or networks
  • Content Fingerprinting: Blocking re-uploads of previously removed material
  • Behavioral Monitoring: Flagging suspicious activity patterns for review
  • Affiliate and Creator Sanctions: Removal from promotional programs, loss of monetization, or revocation of affiliate status
  • Legal Escalation: Cooperation with law enforcement in cases involving criminal activity
6. Appeals Process

Users may appeal enforcement actions through by contacting support@sinparty.com. Appeals must include:

  • A clear explanation of the situation
  • Any relevant evidence or context
  • Acknowledgment of the violation and steps taken to prevent recurrence

Appeals are reviewed by a dedicated moderation team. Repeat offenders may have limited appeal rights, and frivolous or abusive appeals may result in further sanctions.

7. Reinstatement Criteria

In rare cases, permanently banned users may apply for reinstatement after 12 months. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and requires:

  • A clean record on any other associated accounts
  • Demonstrated understanding of platform rules
  • Completion of a compliance and safety training module
8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect evolving legal standards, community expectations, and platform capabilities. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.

9. Governance and Oversight

All enforcement decisions are made by SinParty's Trust & Safety team. We reserve the right to interpret and apply this policy at our sole discretion. Enforcement is guided by principles of fairness, transparency, and proportionality.
