Age Validation and Verification Policy

1. Purpose

This Age Validation and Verification Policy ("Policy") establishes the procedures and legal standards for verifying the age of individuals accessing or participating in SinParty ("Platform"). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure full compliance with age-related laws and regulations, prevent access by minors to adult content, and maintain a safe and legally compliant environment for all users and contributors.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to:

• All users accessing adult content on the Platform
• All creators uploading or distributing content
• All affiliates and advertisers promoting the Platform
• Any third-party service providers or partners interacting with age-gated features

Age verification is mandatory for all individuals seeking to access, contribute to, or monetize adult content on the Platform.

4. Age Verification Methodology

4.1 Verification Provider: Yoti

SinParty uses Yoti, a globally recognized and AVPA-certified age verification provider, to validate the age of users and creators. Yoti offers secure, privacy-preserving age assurance solutions that comply with international data protection laws.

4.2 How Yoti Works

Users are prompted to verify their age using one of the following Yoti-supported methods:

• Government ID Scan: Users upload a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license). Yoti uses AI and human review to confirm age and authenticity.
• Facial Age Estimation: Users take a live selfie. Yoti's biometric technology estimates age without storing facial images or personal data.
• Yoti App: Users with a verified Yoti account can instantly share age credentials via QR code or secure link.

All verification data is processed by Yoti and not stored by SinParty. Yoti is ISO 27001 certified and compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other frameworks.

5. Verification Requirements

Verification is a one-time process unless flagged for revalidation due to suspicious activity, policy updates, or jurisdictional changes.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

All age verification processes performed on behalf of SinParty by Yoti are designed to minimize data collection and protect user privacy. The Platform:

• Does not store biometric data or ID images
• Relies on Yoti's encrypted verification tokens
• Provides users with access to their verification history and rights under applicable privacy laws
• Complies with data minimization, purpose limitation, and retention principles under GDPR and other frameworks

7. Enforcement and Access Controls

Users who fail or refuse to complete age verification will be:

• Denied access to age-restricted content
• Prevented from uploading or monetizing content
• Subject to account suspension or deletion

Automated systems and manual reviews are used to detect circumvention attempts, including fake IDs, VPN masking, or impersonation.

8. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, technology, or platform operations. Users will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

9. Governance and Oversight

This Policy is administered by SinParty's Compliance and Legal teams. All verification procedures are subject to internal audit and external compliance review. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this Policy.
