Affiliate Acquisition and Monitoring Policy

Applies To: All current and prospective affiliates, including individuals, agencies, networks, and third-party promoters
1. Purpose and Scope
This Affiliate Acquisition and Monitoring Policy ("Policy") governs the procedures, standards, and obligations related to the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing oversight of affiliates who promote SinParty ("Platform"). The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that all affiliate relationships are established and maintained in accordance with applicable laws, industry best practices, and the Platform's internal compliance framework.
This Policy applies to all entities and individuals who apply to, are accepted into, or operate under the Platform's affiliate program, including but not limited to:
- Independent marketers and promoters
- Affiliate agencies and networks
- Traffic brokers and media buyers
- Influencers and content creators acting in a promotional capacity
2. Legal Basis and Compliance Obligations
Affiliates are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, including but not limited to:
- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and disclosures
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data privacy laws
- Age verification and consent laws applicable to adult content promotion
- Anti-spam and anti-fraud statutes, including CAN-SPAM and similar international laws
- Intellectual property laws governing trademarks, copyrights, and likeness rights
Affiliates who fail to comply with these obligations may be subject to enforcement actions, including termination of their affiliate status, forfeiture of commissions, and legal referral.
3. Affiliate Acquisition Procedures
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for participation in the Platform's affiliate program, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction
- Operate in a jurisdiction where adult content promotion is lawful
- Demonstrate a verifiable history of ethical marketing practices
- Maintain active and legitimate traffic sources (e.g., websites, social media, ad networks)
- Agree to the Platform's Terms of Use, Affiliate Terms, and this Policy
3.2 Application and Vetting
All applicants must complete the official affiliate application form and submit the following documentation:
- Government-issued identification
- Taxpayer identification or business registration documents
- URLs and descriptions of traffic sources
- Marketing samples or promotional materials, if requested
The Platform reserves the right to conduct background checks, blacklist screenings, and compliance audits prior to approval. Applications may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Platform without obligation to provide justification.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Disqualification Grounds
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification or termination:
- Promotion of illegal, non-consensual, or exploitative content
- Use of deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent marketing tactics
- Engagement in spam, bot traffic, or click fraud
- Impersonation of Platform staff, creators, or other affiliates
- Unauthorized use of Platform branding, trademarks, or creator likenesses
- Failure to disclose affiliate relationships where legally required
- Circumvention of bans, suspensions, or enforcement actions
Affiliates found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.
5. Monitoring and Oversight
5.1 Ongoing Compliance Reviews
Affiliates are subject to periodic compliance reviews, which may include:
- Manual audits of promotional content and landing pages
- Automated traffic analysis for fraud detection
- Review of referral sources and conversion metrics
- Verification of age-gating and consent mechanisms
- Monitoring for use of prohibited keywords or deceptive claims
Reviews may be conducted at any time, with or without prior notice.
5.2 Enforcement Actions
Violations of this Policy may result in the following enforcement actions:

The Platform reserves the right to escalate enforcement based on the nature, frequency, and impact of violations.
6. Appeals and Reinstatement
Affiliates may appeal enforcement actions by submitting a formal request through the Affiliate Portal. Appeals must include:
- A detailed explanation of the incident
- Evidence of corrective action taken
- A written commitment to future compliance
Appeals will be reviewed within ten (10) business days. The Platform's decision on appeals is final and binding. Affiliates terminated for severe violations are not eligible for reinstatement.
7. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information received from the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Commission structures and payout schedules
- Internal compliance procedures
- Creator identities and performance data
- Platform technology and marketing strategies
Affiliates must implement reasonable security measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
8. Policy Updates and Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard alerts. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
9. Governance and Interpretation
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
The Platform's Affiliate Compliance Team shall have sole authority to interpret and enforce this Policy. All decisions made pursuant to this Policy are final and not subject to external review.
