- Remove affected content from public access (where technically feasible)
- Terminate any ongoing promotional or affiliate use of the released material
- Update internal systems to reflect the change in consent status
Consent release does not affect the lawfulness of prior use under valid license terms. Certain content may remain accessible where required by law, contractual obligations, or third-party distribution agreements.
6. Limitations and Exceptions
Consent release may be limited in the following circumstances:
- Legal Obligations: Content required for law enforcement, tax, or regulatory compliance
- Contractual Necessity: Content governed by time-bound licenses or revenue-sharing agreements
- Platform Integrity: Content necessary to maintain audit trails, prevent abuse, or enforce terms
- Third-Party Dependencies: Content already distributed to external platforms under valid license
In such cases, the Platform will inform the individual of the specific limitations and available remedies.
7. Policy Updates
This Policy may be amended to reflect changes in law, technology, or platform operations. Users will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
