Affiliate Terms
1. Agreement to Terms
By registering as an "Affiliate" of SinParty, you agree to be contractually bound by these Terms. Failure to comply with any provision herein will result in immediate termination of your Affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding payments.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the SinParty Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age. SinParty reserves the exclusive right to deny any applicant based on website content, traffic sources, or any other criteria deemed relevant.
3. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates operate as independent contractors. You agree to conduct your business independently and acknowledge that you are not an employee, agent, or representative of SinParty. You are solely responsible for your operations, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Consent to Communication
Upon joining, you must provide accurate and valid identity and payment details. You consent to receive communications from SinParty regarding features, payouts, promotions, and platform updates.
5. Program Changes and Termination
SinParty reserves the right to modify or cancel the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, Affiliates will be notified and paid all accrued earnings within a reasonable timeframe, unless a violation of these Terms is determined.
6. Earnings and Payout Structure
Affiliates earn payouts based on revenue generated from member signups and joins attributed to traffic sent through their unique SinParty link. Earnings are calculated net of refunds and chargebacks. SinParty may change payout rates or programs at any time without notice.
Affiliates will be paid only for new, unique spending members who are successfully billed and not subject to chargebacks or refunds. Lifetime Revenue Share payouts may be adjusted without prior notice and apply prospectively.
SinParty may convert any selected payout program to the standalone Lifetime Revenue Share model or terminate an account if join conversions do not justify the selected program.
7. Definition of Lifetime Revenue Share
"Lifetime Revenue Share" refers to a commission-based compensation model whereby the Affiliate receives a fixed percentage of Net Revenue generated by each Referred User for the duration of that user's active engagement with SinParty.com.
Referred User:
Any individual who registers with SinParty.com through the Affiliate's unique referral link and whose account is properly tracked and attributed to the Affiliate.
Net Revenue:
Gross revenue actually received by SinParty.com from the Referred User, less applicable refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and processing fees.
The entitlement to revenue share continues as long as the Referred User remains active and generates qualifying revenue, unless otherwise terminated under these Terms. SinParty reserves the right to modify the applicable percentage rate for future referrals, but such changes will not affect revenue share earned from existing Referred Users prior to the change.
8. Payment Processing
SinParty processes payouts biweekly. System updates occur Sundays at 12:00 AM CET, with payments processed over the following two days. Delays may occur due to late payments from processors.
SinParty is not liable for funds once submitted to approved third-party payment processors. Any disputes regarding non-receipt of funds must be directed to the processor's customer service.
SinParty's internal reports and statistics are the sole basis for determining payouts.
9. KYC Compliance
Affiliates must submit all documents required to meet Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations of SinParty's financial institutions. No payments will be made to Affiliates who are not KYC compliant due to missing or expired documentation.
New Affiliates must complete KYC verification within 28 days of earning revenue. Incomplete, pending, or in-transit applications will not be accepted. Failure to comply by the 28th day will result in forfeiture of earnings and account termination.
10. Acceptable Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote SinParty using the following approved methods:
- Content Marketing: Create blog posts, articles, or videos discussing SinParty's features. Use SEO strategies to drive traffic.
- Social Media Marketing: Share content on platforms like Twitter, Reddit, or niche forums. Engage with adult entertainment communities.
- Email Marketing: Build opt-in email lists and send compliant updates or promotions.
- Paid Advertising: Run ads on adult-friendly platforms using targeted keywords and demographics.
11. Unacceptable Promotional Methods
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Incentivized traffic (e.g., offering money or bonuses for clicks)
- Misleading advertising, fake reviews, or deceptive tactics
- Spamming forums or sending unsolicited messages
- Cookie stuffing or unauthorized browser manipulation
- Brand misuse, impersonation, or fake landing pages mimicking SinParty
12. Promo Tools and Brand Use
Affiliates may use promotional images, videos, links, and model names ("Promo Tools") provided by SinParty solely to promote SinParty.com or its white labels. Promo Tools may not be used to promote other sites. This license is non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable at SinParty's discretion. All rights in Promo Tools remain the exclusive property of SinParty.
13. Email and Messaging Compliance
Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws when promoting SinParty. You may not send emails, texts, or other communications that violate U.S., EEA, California, or other jurisdictional laws regarding spam or unlawful messaging. SinParty will not accept traffic from such sources, and no payouts will be made for it.
Affiliates modifying browser settings without user consent will be treated as engaging in unsolicited advertising and subject to termination and forfeiture of earnings.
14. Fraud and Misconduct
Any attempt to defraud the Affiliate Program, including manipulation of links or traffic sources, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
SinParty reserves the right to terminate accounts with low traffic volume or poor conversion ratios. In such cases, all valid earnings will be paid unless fraud is detected.
SinParty has the exclusive right to determine whether a violation has occurred and to take appropriate enforcement action.
15. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Affiliate websites and promotional materials must not contain illegal or objectionable content, including but not limited to child pornography, rape, incest, bestiality, or any material in violation of SinParty's Prohibited Use Policy.
Affiliates must refrain from any illegal activity in connection with promoting SinParty. Abuse reports are investigated, and if validated, may result in account suspension or termination without notice and withholding of payments.
16. Use of Funds and Prohibited Uses
Affiliates agree that funds paid by SinParty will not be used for any "Prohibited Use," including but not limited to:
- Illegal money laundering
- Supporting or engaging in terrorism
- Funding war or armed conflict
- Any other illegal activity as defined by applicable law
Violations of this section or the Prohibited Use Policy will result in immediate account termination and cessation of all future payments.
17. White-Label Program Requirements
Affiliates seeking approval for white-label integration must transfer domain ownership to SinParty unless they earn over $1,000 USD, in which case they may qualify without transfer. All white-label setups require platform approval and must comply with SinParty's branding and intellectual property guidelines.
Affiliates may customize color schemes, logos, and banners, but all modifications must adhere to SinParty's brand standards. SinParty reserves the right to terminate any white-label agreement for non-compliance.
Traffic sent to white-label sites must be legitimate and meet SinParty's quality standards. Incentivized traffic, bots, and fraudulent sources are strictly prohibited.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Affiliate and SinParty and supersede all prior written or oral agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the Affiliate Program.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement—including its validity, interpretation, breach, or termination—shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or forum on the grounds of inconvenience or otherwise.
